THOMAS F. BEACH, P.E., C.M.E.

Mr. Beach joined the firm in 1986 and has a wealth of experience in the field of engineering. As Executive Vice President, he is responsible for all engineering projects supported in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He supervises a staff of professional engineers in the design of water and wastewater management systems, highways and roadways, bridges, dams and structures, park and recreation facilities, and building and structures, along with the support of planning, surveying, landscape architecture, and construction management/inspection projects. He manages a very broad-based team of specialists, utilizing engineers, planners, surveyors, CADD operations, and construction specialists. In February of 1998, Mr. Beach was appointed to his present position where he directs all Pennsylvania and Delaware operations. As of January 2001, these offices became Remington, Vernick & Beach Engineers, an affiliate of Remington & Vernick Engineers. Mr. Beach's personal areas of expertise include structural and foundation engineering, water and sewer treatment plant design, sewer pump station design, and structural design. Mr. Beach has served as Project Engineer for a variety of projects. These include the design and construction of concrete foundations, tanks, walls, dams, bridges, bulkheads, roadway improvements, water and wastewater facilities, pump stations and other miscella¬neous buildings and structures. Mr. Beach oversees the complete management and operation of the Delaware and Pennsylvania staffs of more than 15 professionals, with access to the corporation’s full resources from eight locations throughout the tri-state region. In this role, he is responsible for all efforts in completing projects on time and within budget for each client served.
